Are real life utilities going to follow?
Today the established Solana project the Nerdy Ape Hub announced they have submitted applications to trademark “Nerdy Ape Hub”, “Nerdy Labs” and their logo. They have also stated that their focus over the coming months is going to be on growing the Nerdy Brand. Does this mean physical utilities are coming? Yes.

“...expand parallel between the physical and digital realms."
This is sure to increase value for holders who have benefitted from so much in the last 5 months from being part of the hub. One of the strategies going forward is to generate passive income streams for the community on a massive scale.

So, what can the community expect next? The project has confirmed they have closed a deal with a respected clothing brand to bring merchandise to the hub and interestingly provide these branding services for other projects.
The next part of this strategy is to provide more services in the upcoming weeks that will empower the DAO to help generate passive income streams. The only other hint they gave in today's announcement is the Nery Banana NFT collection will also have some sort of utility attached by stating that:
"Banana Season is quite close too."

This new move is a smart one for the project in terms of expansion considering the state of the Solana NFT ecosystem and the current market conditions overall. While other projects in the ecosystem are stagnating or going backwards, the Nerdy Ape Hub keeps doing what it has been since inception, build.
